Clear expectations make the day easier.
DEPOSITS
Deposits range from $55 to $400 depending on the tattoo and scope of the project. All deposits are nonrefundable and are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
RESCHEDULING
Appointments may be rescheduled without a fee within 48 hours of the original booking. After that window, rescheduling fees start at $55 and may increase for larger or extended-session projects based on the scope of the appointment and deposit amount.
If Inkfu needs to reschedule your appointment, a credit equal to the applicable rescheduling fee will be added to your appointment.
NO SHOWS
Missed appointments without notice result in the loss of the original deposit. A rescheduling fee of $55 to $105 is required before a new appointment can be reserved.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you’re running late, text us. Depending on the delay and the work scheduled that day, the appointment may need to be shortened or moved.
CHANGES TO YOUR TATTOO
Small adjustments can usually be handled before tattooing begins. Major changes to the concept, size, or placement can affect the time and price and may require a different appointment.
PRICING
Quotes are based on the information provided when you book. Significant changes to the design, placement, size, or scope may change the final price.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Clients must be 16 or older. Clients who are 16 or 17 require written parental consent, and the consenting parent must be present during the appointment. Please bring the minor’s birth certificate, the minor’s photo ID, and the parent’s photo ID. The IDs must show the same address.
SKIN + APPOINTMENT READINESS
An appointment may need to be moved if the tattoo area is sunburned, injured, irritated, or otherwise unsuitable to tattoo, or if the client arrives intoxicated.
FINAL PAYMENT
Cash is preferred. We also accept card, Venmo, and Cash App. Your deposit is applied toward the cost of your tattoo, and the remaining balance is due at your appointment.

For the first part of the healing process, wash your tattoo 3 to 4 times a day using Dial or another antibacterial soap.
Wash with clean hands only. Do not use a washcloth, loofah, sponge, or anything abrasive on the tattoo.
Gently rinse away any old ointment, plasma, or buildup each time you wash. Pat the area dry with a clean paper towel or allow it to air dry. Do not rub the tattoo dry.
Once the skin is dry, apply a very thin layer of Aquaphor or tattoo aftercare balm. You only need enough to lightly moisturize the tattoo. Avoid leaving a heavy layer of ointment sitting on the skin.
Repeat the same routine throughout the day:

APPLY A THIN LAYER OF OINTMENT
Before applying fresh ointment, gently wash away the previous layer.
WHILE IT HEALS
– Avoid swimming, pools, hot tubs, and prolonged soaking for approximately 2 to 3 weeks, or until the tattoo has fully healed.
– Do not scratch, pick, peel, or rub the tattoo.
– Avoid rubbing the tattoo with dry hands. If you need to touch the area during aftercare, make sure your hands are clean and you are following the wash and ointment routine.
– Let peeling or flaking happen naturally. Do not pull at loose skin.
– Keep the tattoo clean and lightly moisturized while it heals.
IF SOMETHING DOESN’T LOOK RIGHT
– Some tenderness, mild redness, and peeling can be part of normal healing. If you experience severe or worsening redness, swelling, pain, unusual drainage, fever, or signs of an allergic reaction or infection, seek medical care.

Existing tattoos need a little more information up front.
Send one clear straight-on photo, one angled photo, and one photo from farther back showing placement and scale. Natural light works best. Avoid filters, flash, and heavy shadows.
Cover-up options depend on the existing tattoo, placement, color, saturation, size, and the direction of the new design. Some projects can be reviewed from photos, while others may need additional discussion.
